Mission Recruiting is working with a respected firm looking to grow its San Diego office home to two full-time attorneys and fully integrated with the firms larger Newport Beach headquarters. With four trials on the horizon and opportunities to second-chair this is the perfect role for attorneys who want courtroom exposure without overwhelming billables.

Your Impact:

Represent clients in trust and estate disputes
Take ownership of case strategy and client communication
Draft persuasive motions and participate in depositions hearings and mediations

Who You Are:

A California-barred attorney with trust litigation experience or a litigator eager to specialize in probate disputes
A strong communicator who enjoys building client relationships
Interested in trial work and looking for mentorship to sharpen your courtroom skills
