Were looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help scale a fast-growing AI platform that powers thousands of concurrent voice agents. This is a hands-on role where youll design fault-tolerant infrastructure optimize low-latency AI deployments and ensure systems scale reliably across multiple regions.

Tech stack: Golang Kubernetes React TypeScript

What Youll Do

Architect and maintain scalable reliable and secure infrastructure
Write backend code and automation to improve resilience and operational efficiency
Troubleshoot and optimize for performance latency and availability
Collaborate with product teams to implement best practices for observability and reliability
Lead incident management post-mortems and continuous improvement in production

What Were Looking For

Strong coding skills in Go
Deep understanding of backend systems APIs and databases
Hands-on Kubernetes experience
Passion for AI-driven technologies
Entrepreneurial mindset: independence ownership and grit
