Full-Stack Engineer
Full-time Hybrid San Francisco CA
Compensation: $160K $250K Equity
About the Role
Were looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help scale a fast-growing AI platform that powers thousands of concurrent voice agents. This is a hands-on role where youll design fault-tolerant infrastructure optimize low-latency AI deployments and ensure systems scale reliably across multiple regions.

Tech stack: Golang Kubernetes React TypeScript
What Youll Do
- Architect and maintain scalable reliable and secure infrastructure
- Write backend code and automation to improve resilience and operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot and optimize for performance latency and availability
- Collaborate with product teams to implement best practices for observability and reliability
- Lead incident management post-mortems and continuous improvement in production
What Were Looking For
- Strong coding skills in Go
- Deep understanding of backend systems APIs and databases
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience
- Passion for AI-driven technologies
