Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Technical support - installation and preventive / corrective maintenance in customers medical equipment maintaining all models of specific equipment of one or more modalities in the assigned area;
  • Evaluate customer equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs;
  • Verify and approve the operational quality of the equipment and / or system;
  • Document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries according to schedule;
  • Follow appropriate GE policies procedures and completes necessary documentation;
  • Maintain communications with customers as directed to ensure resolution and proper follow-up leading to strong customer relations and ongoing customer satisfaction;
  • Work as a member of local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area;
  • Comply with the integrity and compliance guidelines as well as promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures.
  • Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
  • Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
  • Ensure all work orders vendor service reports time and expense reports PM activities purchase orders and other duties are documented in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure all test equipment is tracked and 100% calibrated on time.
  • Planning and effective organization of work;
  • High standards and quality of work.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED

Eligibility Requirements

  • Valid National Drivers License
  • Ability and willingness to travel 100% of the time;

Desired Characteristics

  • Responsible for onsite technical support installation and preventive / corrective maintenance in customers solar inverters equipment.
  • Drives customer satisfaction through service excellence.
  • Experience with maintenance and installation of solar inverters
  • Experience in customer relationship management and customer service;
  • Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manner;
  • Knowledge of the office package (Excel Word Power Point Internet);
  • Initiative concentration and excellent communication skills listening and establishing interpersonal relationships;
  • Strong time management and organizational skills;
  • Self-motivated
  • Experience developing and maintaining good customer relations.
  • Change agent and process oriented.
  • Exhibit the mentality that customers determine our success.
  • Operate with efficiency and sense of urgency
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments.
  • Ability to deliver results in an uncertain environment ability to multitask and prioritize
