Job Summary
We have experienced rapid growth and we are looking for a sharp dynamic individual with a lot of initiative and drive to take charge of our Factory/Woodworking Shop. You must have great interpersonal skills to communicate with everyone from the owners of the company to hourly employees and manage the department.
You will be a member of our management team helping to develop plans for the future. You must be able to identify areas of concern and develop processes and procedures to aid in our growth and the long term health of the business.
To be successful in this position you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct all Factory personnel
- Produce high quality jobs on time
- Train plant personnel on cabinet making skills finishing details and how to be more efficient
- Responsible for the plants staffing/training operational efficiency maintenance cleanliness and cost control measures
The following are the requirements you must meet to qualify for the position:
- Experience in woodworking
