Overview
Clarity Care providers of a wide variety of services for persons with developmental disabilities is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform duties relating to all facets of maintenance and repair to our company properties.
Responsibilities:
- Carpentry fixing minor electrical and plumbing problems painting lawn care/landscaping snow removal routine safety equipment inspections light vehicle repair and maintenance etc.
- Maintain and promote safety in the workplace and ensureall maintenanceis performed in compliance with various building fire AFH CBRF and other applicable codes.
- Complete required documentation pertaining to work orders.
- Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience knowledge/background skills and relevant experience in general maintenance procedures.
- Valid WI drivers license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
- Pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks and/or that of previous states of residence.
