Overview

Clarity Care providers of a wide variety of services for persons with developmental disabilities is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform duties relating to all facets of maintenance and repair to our company properties.

Responsibilities:

Carpentry fixing minor electrical and plumbing problems painting lawn care/landscaping snow removal routine safety equipment inspections light vehicle repair and maintenance etc.
Maintain and promote safety in the workplace and ensureall maintenanceis performed in compliance with various building fire AFH CBRF and other applicable codes.
Complete required documentation pertaining to work orders.
Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience knowledge/background skills and relevant experience in general maintenance procedures.
Valid WI drivers license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
Pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks and/or that of previous states of residence.
