- Know and love each student and family to promote their continued growth and development
- Facilitate student engagement with ideas and develop principled critical thinking
- Actively participate in meaningful ongoing professional learning

Bachelors degree required; teaching experience and teaching license preferred; devout Christian who is a member of associated with or seeking to be associated with a Christ-centered community of faith or a church
