Monex USA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join the Sales team. As a Business Development Representative you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Foreign Exchange (FX) market. Your primary focus will be on generating leads building relationships with potential clients and setting meetings for Sales to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a strong sales acumen or an individual who is looking to break into financial services sales. Monex USA is seeking individuals who not only possess expertise in their respective fields but also exhibit the following characteristics: a keen ability to see the bigger picture a mature and professional demeanor and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls (100 dials/day).
- Maintain a minimum of 90 minutes of talk time per day (average).
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers stakeholders and potential clients through networking cold calling email outreach and other methods.
- Present and promote the companys foreign exchange products and services to potential clients emphasizing their unique value propositions and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing and research to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor market conditions competitor activities and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities within the foreign exchange industry.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management including pipeline analysis revenue forecasts and progress toward sales targets.
- Continuously update knowledge of the foreign exchange market industry best practices and emerging trends to effectively position our company in the market.

Required Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proven track record of success in sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or other relevant sales and marketing tools is a plus.
Travel:
Compensation:
- Salary is commensurate with experience. The annual salary range is $50000-$60000 plus a competitive commission package. Potential year-one earnings of $75000-$95000.
