Location/Division Specific Information

This exciting position is located in the United States and will be part of our ambitious North America Commercial team. You will work closely with multiple distribution partners and internal team members to deliver outstanding solutions. This position plays a important role within our team collaborating with our partners to offer timely and efficient resolutions within a growing business landscape. The role will require extensive involvement in diverse processes systems contracts and the implementation of pricing strategies for new and renewing customer contracts aimed at sustaining and growing market presence meeting revenue targets and improving profitability. This is a role that necessitates the Managers attention to data communication procedures and revenue growth by improving timely and efficient operational execution with partners extracting insights from competitor market customer and product data.

This role will partner closely with diverse internal departments like Key Account Management Finance Global Strategic Pricing (GSP) Pricing Operations Contract Operations Customer Service Supply Chain Product Management and the Sales team in developing strategies to boost communication contract and pricing implementation customer happiness and financial outcomes across the business life cycle.

A day in the Life:

  • Delivering Innovative Solutions: Provide novel approaches and issue resolutions in effective and timely contract execution pricing management and customer experience-related problem solving.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy: Collaborate with the Sales Channel Management and Finance teams to develop build and maintain reporting needs and ensure accurate and timely data from systems.
  • Leading Strategic Growth: Create strategies for the marketing group to implement to elevate profitability across the contract life cycle
  • Performance Auditing: Collaborate all functional areas to evaluate performance and develop action plans critical for meeting performance objectives.
  • Handling Partner Engagement: Meet with channel partners to discuss product growth acceleration operational improvement goals and more.

  • High degree of business sense related to the needs challenges and solutions required by customers in the supply chain and laboratory environments.
  • Creative autonomous professional with a strong work ethic and time management skills capable of handling numerous priorities in a high-energy atmosphere.
  • Experience establishing and managing relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and with business partners.
  • Proficiency in analyzing different data sources to advise data-driven decisions and recommendations
  • Effective team collaboration with sales marketing and operations teams to implement actions that bring value and meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Effective problem-solving skills are important in this role to overcome obstacles and create operational paths forward to drive profitability and achieve revenue and market share goals
  • Possesses a perspective or approach that focuses on achieving specific measurable outcomes or goals with an attention to detail and results orientated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicators to present their findings through reports and presentations
  • Sophisticated knowledge of MS Office Suite (including PowerPoint SharePoint Excel Word) Internet browsing (Chrome) AI learning and online web conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams).

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Science or Business Management is a requirement.

Experience

  • 3 years of sales pricing and consultation experience in the diagnostic or healthcare laboratory market
  • Deep knowledge of microbiology laboratory applications and associated products

Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Strong understanding of customer needs and challenges
  • Strong critical thinking skills to derive insights from data
  • Competence in MS Office and remote conferencing platforms

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sophisticated environment. Extended work hours and travel may be involved.
