Job Summary
Responsibilities
Help HazTek build the future of tomorrow as a Safety Manager near Madison WI! Youll support specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented safety compliance requirements are met and enhance a culture of safety!
- Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with executive management on contractor safety plans
- Conduct regular safety audits inspections and risk assessments across job sites
- Oversee all subcontractors and contractors ensuring competency
- Oversee Fall Protection Scaffolding Steel Erection and Excavation
Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years direct construction safety experience required
- Active BCSP certification required (CHST or CSP preferred)
- Experience as an Owners Rep required
- Degree in a safety related field preferred
- OSHA 510 and or 500 is a plus
- Safety experience supporting data center builds or mission-critical infrastructure
- Advance knowledge ofconstruction safety standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
