Team Red Dog is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Global Technology clients executive office team. This exciting opportunity (fully remote time zone flexible) will give you the chance to work closely with senior leadership creating high-impact executive-level communications and visual design deliverables. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):
- 1015 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite to design and deliver high-quality visuals presentations and campaign artwork.
- 1015 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite particularly PowerPoint to develop executive-level presentations and communication collateral.
- 1015 years project managing successful execution of communication deliverables events and recognition programs.
- Proficiency with SharePoint to manage and maintain executive communication resources.
Opportunity Overview:
This role provides a unique opportunity to influence executive communications at a high level. Youll gain early visibility into major initiatives partner directly with senior leadership and contribute to impactful projects in AI and silicon. How you will make an impact:
Create and refresh visual collateral related to organizational health newsletters campaigns onboarding materials and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Generate original campaign artwork and adapt content for external channels such as email social media and conferences.
Develop and maintain design templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Provide video production and broadcasting support for large-scale meetings and events.
Support the evolution of visual communications strategy across the executive office.
Project manage content development and curation ensuring on-time delivery of key initiatives.
Collaborate with creative leads across multiple organizations to maintain brand standards.
Gather and analyze feedback to continuously refine design and communication strategies.
The expertise you bring:
1015 years of graphic design experience supporting executive-level or internal communications teams.
Strong demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator Premiere).
Proficiency in PowerPoint Word Excel OneNote and Outlook.
Experience with SharePoint site management and digital asset management.
Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple deliverables.
Degree required to be eligible for this role.
