We are looking for a commercial real estate sales agent to lead our efforts in representing landlords tenants buyers and sellers in our commercial transactions. The ideal applicant will assist clients in finding key investment properties and development opportunities. Knowledge of the local real estate market and a knack for developing long-lasting business relationships are a must.


This position requires a current real estate license or the willingness and ability to get one. We can help you.


Join our team and well provide you with continuous in-person training seminars mentoring and coaching. We include administrative support social media management and marketing materials.   • Client Satisfaction: Ensure the satisfaction of buyer and seller clients through exceptional service
  • CRM Use: Be or become proficient and using our CRM FollowUpBoss
  • Commit to training: Participate in webinars coaching sessions and classes
  • Accountability: Desire to be held accountable to achieve outstanding results
  • Must have an active Georgia Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one
  • Able to deal with tremendous levels of stress and work long hours
  • Ability to moderate emotions when everyone else is losing theirs
  • Ability to accept rejection and see it as the customers loss
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Team-focused with a business-minded spirit
  • Self-motivated organized and goal-oriented
