About The Opportunity
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations with a focus on receiving accuracy shipping efficiency and occasional delivery support. This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in doing the job right works independently and consistently maintains a high standard of safety and productivity.
What Youll Do
Receiving & Shipping Operations
Safely unload check and record incoming goods with accuracy.
Prepare and stage outbound orders on time and with attention to detail.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment confidently.
Daily Productivity
Maintain a steady workflow by identifying tasks and keeping busy without waiting for direction.
Support the Warehouse Manager by following established processes and ensuring they are executed correctly.
Safety & Reliability
Work safely and report potential hazards immediately.
Demonstrate punctuality reliability and strong work ethic daily.
Team Collaboration
Communicate effectively with teammates and proactively raise issues or needs.
Flexibility to adjust hours or tasks as business demands change.
What You Bring
Current forklift license.
Minimum 2 years hands-on warehouse experience.
Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Committed to safety reliability and efficiency.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
Must have a clean drivers abstract.
Work Schedule
This role requires flexibility in hours. While most shifts will align with standard warehouse hours the candidate must be prepared to work alternate hours on certain days of the week as business needs dictate.
