Job Summary
Project Manager / Project Coordinator Industrial Construction (Petroleum Systems)
Onsite Fredericksburg VA
Were looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced tight-knit team that installs and maintains fueling systems for some of the regions biggest names in retail and energy.
This is a direct hire opportunity to work with a well-established construction company specializing in petroleum systems fuel tanks piping generators and civil site work.
What Youll Do
- Oversee multiple fueling system installation and maintenance projects at once typically 56 jobs per week
- Coordinate materials crews subcontractors and logistics for job sites within a 150-mile radius
- Support field operations with scheduling delivery coordination and troubleshooting
- Work closely with senior leadership and customers to ensure on-time on-budget delivery
- Monitor progress using internal project tracking tools (CF Data) and Microsoft Project
- Train under the VP and President to learn the business inside and out
What Were Looking For
35 years of experience in petroleum equipment or mechanical contracting
Familiar with tank installations piping or civil/fuel system projects
Excellent at juggling multiple jobs managing logistics and supporting field crews
Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can work with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented but also a big-picture thinker who understands the flow of operations
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience in fuel system construction
- Background as a foreman field coordinator or junior PM ready to step up
- Knowledge of Procore CF Data or similar PM tools
