We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer with expertise in hardware and PCB-level testing to support the design validation and production of electronic assemblies. The ideal candidate will develop and execute test plans troubleshoot board-level issues and ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.
This role is fully onsite
Salary: $120-140k/yr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop document and execute test procedures for PCB assemblies electronic components and hardware systems.
- Perform functional in-circuit and environmental stress testing on PCB boards and subsystems.
- Design and maintain custom test fixtures jigs and automated test setups.
- Troubleshoot and isolate hardware/PCB failures to component level performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with hardware design manufacturing and quality teams to support new product introduction and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g. IPC MIL-STD or IEC) during testing and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 4 years related work experience
- PCB and/or general hardware test experience
