Essential Job Functions

Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service cleanliness and attention to individual needs.
Set up maintain and clean workstations; complete all side-work according to operational standards.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu specials and beverages; confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations.
Accurately take and serve orders using proper procedures; use suggestive selling to enhance guest experience.
Maintain dining area by pre-bussing and bussing tables; communicate supply needs and support smooth restaurant operations.
Nothing in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties work hours and/or responsibilities for this job at any time.
This is a full-time position (at least 30 hours per week).
Must be available for the morning and/or evening shift (bar knowledge preferred for evening shift) including holidays and weekends.

Experience/Education

High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must be able to speak read and understand English. Bartending experience preferred.
