TeHerenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Team Coordinator to join Te Ratonga Rapu Mahi - Careers and Employment on a permanent full-time basis.
The role will be responsible for supporting the operations of the team.
Key responsibilities:
Ō pūmanawa - About you
You will:
The role is varied with scope to contribute to a wide portfolio of work within the team. Ideally you have an interest in social media and digital technologies as well as understanding how to connect with diverse groups across the University.
Key requirements:
Proven experience working in a front-line customer focused environment coordinating multiple activities concurrently.
- Experience working with people of other cultures.
- Experience collaborating in a team setting and/or working in project teams.
- Demonstrated ability in an administrative role.
- Demonstrated experiencein the proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and databases at least intermediate level using Excel.
- Familiarity with event coordination.
Proficient in developing social and digital media content.
Understanding of the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
