Key requirements

Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification and IB experience;

Passion and commitment for inspiring through teaching and learning;

Solid knowledge of the foundation phase in line with the IB curriculum;

Ability to build on and develop existing best practice knowledge;

Excellent communication and classroom management skills;

Interest in contributing and working towards the future development of the school;

Flexible positive and open-minded;

Willing to share ideas and work closely with our team of dedicated enthusiastic professionals;

Moher tongue or equivalent level of English required for this role.

The school

Is part of the ICS cluster of schools within Globeducate whose vision is to prepare each student to become a global citizen who can shape the world. We provide an inclusive learning environment for our students.

Learning at the school is focused on the STEAM agenda an approach to learning that uses Science Technology Engineering Arts and Mathematics as access points for building student enquiry critical thinking and supporting students to develop their creative mind.

Our approach is to foster authentic innovation that comes with combining the mind of a scientist or engineer with that of an artist or designer.

Our student body currently consists of 500 students from a range of nationalities and cultures. We are a Paritaria school and are recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education (MIUR) as offering and accrediting Italian certification combined with the IPC and the IB.
