The Role

You will teach English Language and Literature within the IB Diploma Programme contributing to a dynamic and supportive department. The school offers a rich and inclusive curriculum combining inquiry-based learning and a STEAM approach that encourages critical thinking creativity and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach engaging and well-structured IBDP English Language & Literature lessons
Inspire students to think critically and communicate effectively
Design and deliver inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with IB principles
Assess student progress providing constructive and timely feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and foster a culture of academic growth

Requirements

MUST have full right to work in Italy/EU
MUST have experience teaching IB Diploma Programme English Language & Literature
Minimum C2 level of English proficiency
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Available to start January 2026
