This is a fully remote strategic leadership role with global visibility and six indirect reports.

Were seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to take ownership of our Cybersecurity Application Assessment Service an essential part of our global security this role youll drive innovation lead a team of external

experts and collaborate across IT legal and governance functions to strengthen our cybersecurity posture and ensure application compliance with international regulations. If youre ready to make a meaningful impact and shape the future of digital security wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of external cybersecurity experts ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity across IT and business initiatives
• Ensure compliance with global regulations (NIS 2 EU AI Act CFIUS)
• Oversee application onboarding RFP responses and tool integrations
• Improve security assessment processes and ServiceNow workflows
• Collaborate with IT Legal Governance and Security teams
• Maintain documentation and knowledge systems for assessments and compliance
• Own and manage assessment solutions
• Plan budgets resources and strategic development of the service

What You Bring:

• 10 years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity including 35 years in a leadership role
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow (workflows dashboards reporting)
• Familiarity with tools such as OneTrust Tenable Lansweeper Axonius Azure DevOps and Power BI
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CF 2 NIST RM CIS UCF)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL Foundation CISSP) are a plus
