Commercial Lines Assistant Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Executive to join a team in a temp-to-hire capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment with a supportive and collaborative company culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently.
Compensation Package
- Contract Rate: $33-$38/hour
- Permanent Salary: $70000-$80000/year (upon conversion to permanent employment)
Responsibilities
- Manage daily service requests including certificates endorsements policy downloads policy reviews and renewals.
- Handle 30-50 client emails per day ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Conduct client-facing interactions through virtual meetings email and phone.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to share responsibilities including analytical work and claims management.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Utilize AMS360 software for policy management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of commercial lines experience in an agency setting.
- Experience handling accounts valued at $50000 and above particularly in contractors/construction and real estate sectors.
- Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Career Goals: Candidates should be patient and committed to excelling in this role for at least three years before pursuing managerial opportunities.
