A little about this position:

Sets up updates and maintains employee resident records.
Administers established personnel policies and practices.
Registers new and returning employees for Housing. Assists Manager and Director with special projects.
Performs routine clerical duties.
Shares receptionist office duties.
Fast-paced environment

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in office work preferably HR related.
Computer literate with Word and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have high standard of confidentiality.
Must have a valid CA drivers license.
Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred.

Starting pay: $24.84 per hour
