Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee LionGrove. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

About the Role:
The Spa Director is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the spa facility ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency. This role involves strategic planning staff management and the development of innovative spa programs and services that align with the brands standards and customer expectations. The Spa Director will lead a team of therapists aestheticians and support staff fostering a positive and professional work environment that encourages continuous improvement and high performance. Additionally the Spa Director will manage budgets vendor relationships and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance the spas market presence. Ultimately this position is pivotal in creating a luxurious welcoming atmosphere that promotes wellness and relaxation for all guests while achieving business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or a similar leadership role within the wellness industry.
Proven track record of managing spa operations including staff supervision and financial oversight.
Strong knowledge of spa treatments wellness trends and industry best practices.
Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Spa Management or related professional accreditation.
Experience with luxury or high-end spa environments.
Proficiency in spa management software and booking systems.
Background in marketing or sales within the hospitality or wellness sectors.
Multilingual abilities to serve a diverse clientele.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Recruit train and supervise spa staff including therapists aestheticians and receptionists.
Develop and implement spa treatment menus packages and promotional campaigns.
Monitor financial performance including budgeting forecasting and expense control.
Maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors suppliers and external partners.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase spa visibility and customer engagement.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve spa services.
Prepare regular reports on spa performance metrics and present findings to senior management.
