Job Description

Stream-Flo is one of the largest privately held companies providing wellheads gate valves check valves and surface safety systems for the worldwide oil and gas industry. Key position functions include:

  • Coordinate the receipt storage and distribution of materials and components used for the facility.
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid delays.
  • Work closely with procurement production and warehouse teams to ensure supply availability and accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed records of material transactions including receipts transfers and usage.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations including API specifications.
  • Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and material documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material handling and inventory control.
  • Communicate with vendors and logistics providers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in materials coordination or inventory management preferably in oil field services or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with valve and wellhead components and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with API standards and documentation is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software (SAP).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Must have good communication skills and able to read and write English.
  • Experience in computer knowledge (Basic).
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety
