Job Summary

Key position functions include:
- Coordinate the receipt storage and distribution of materials and components used for the facility.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid delays.
- Work closely with procurement production and warehouse teams to ensure supply availability and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of material transactions including receipts transfers and usage.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations including API specifications.
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and material documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material handling and inventory control.
- Communicate with vendors and logistics providers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- 3 years of experience in materials coordination or inventory management preferably in oil field services or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with valve and wellhead components and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with API standards and documentation is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software (SAP).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Must have good communication skills and able to read and write English.
- Experience in computer knowledge (Basic).
