Job Summary
Integres is seeking Software Tester with strong automation expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing developing and executing automated test scripts along with a strong background in API testing coding and database validation. This role requires a balance of technical programming ability and QA discipline to ensure the highest level of product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional regression and integration testing.
Perform API testing and validate backend services using automation tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with developers and QA team members to identify test scenarios troubleshoot issues and improve test coverage.
Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend processes.
Leverage Python and C coding to build robust automation test suites.
Document test results log defects and support the team in root cause analysis.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes tools and best practices.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience in automated testing (must have written actual automation scripts).
Strong programming skills in Python (critical requirement).
Experience with C coding.
Proficiency in SQL for database validation.
Solid background in API testing using tools such as Postman REST Assured or similar.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium PyTest Robot Framework).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Git Jenkins).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with performance or security testing is a plus.
