CGI Federal is seeking a highly skilled Management Analyst IV to join our team in support of the FBI/ERF in Quantico VA. This role involves performing complex and varied assignments that require the application of operational precedents and engineering practices.
.Execute non-routine assignments of significant variety and complexity often as part of broader projects. These assignments may involve planning and require technical advice from supervisors or engineers. Work is reviewed for technical adequacy and conformity with instructions.
.Develop or review designs by extracting and analyzing engineering data. Utilize conventional engineering practices to create schematics designs specifications electrical drawings and parts lists. Examples include detailed circuit diagrams hardware fittings test equipment piping systems and building site layouts.
.Conduct tests or experiments selecting and adapting critical test equipment and procedures. Set up and operate equipment record data and address complex problems that may require higher-level resolution. Analyze data and prepare comprehensive test reports.
.Apply outlined methods to segments of research and development projects. Construct experimental or prototype models conduct tests redesign as necessary and evaluate data to report findings.
.Asset Management:
oUnpack and verify new FBI assets ensuring serial numbers match records.
oCreate property forms for physical PO records including PO serial FBI number and asset information.
o Receive assets in AMS tracking system from PO and submit service requests for report updates and new item numbers.
oRequest and assign FBI numbers to new assets input them into AMS and label units appropriately.
.Quality Control (Testing Equipment):
oTest recorders cameras microphones and batteries to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
oAttach QC labels input data into the QC database charge assets and manage inventory.
oNotify vendors of any failures and coordinate repairs or replacements.
oManage batteries for various recorder models.
.Reporting and Audits:
oAssist in conducting inventory audits as required.
oPrepare on-order in-transit and other requested reports.
oMaintain property sign-out logs for computers and accountable assets.
o Process excess assets and personal property records for new and retiring personnel.
oMust hold active TOP SECRET clearance
Hourly Rate: $43.61/hour
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level relevant experience and training and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
