About the role Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

  • Permanent fulltime role
  • Based at our National Office in Tāmaki Makaurau

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Chief Executive and designated members of the Leadership Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions through high-quality administrative and organisational support.

Youll be responsible for managing calendars coordinating meetings preparing agendas taking minutes managing travel and logistics preparing documentation and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

About You Mōu
To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Several years experience in a personal assistant or senior administrative role
  • NCEA Level 2 (English) or equivalent
  • A full and clean New Zealand drivers licence
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and a willingness to engage in tikanga Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi practices
  • A relevant qualification in business administration or office management is desirable
