You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAdvanced - level responsibilities as required to support the needs of the business. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Identify and communicate any issues that may indicate and increased risk to the business
liaising with accounting firms abroad
coordinating with CEO and subsidiaries
Accounting cash management and Finance control
Prepare and review monthly/quarterly management and KPI reporting
Control and monitoring of invoicing
manage the receivables reports and sending the statements to clients
Accounting management and bookkeeping
Maintains documentation to support account balances in a manner that facilitates the efficient review and audit of books and records
Coordination with our subsidiaries accounting partners
Set up company dashboards
Prepare payments and manage cash forecasts
Employees expenses management
Ensure VAT transactions are properly accounted for and recorded
Regular communications with Payroll subcontractor
Prepare monthly payroll
Working Conditions
Salary package : 30/35 K Bonus
Remote 1 day / week
