Votre mission si vous lacceptez :
Une offre de stage intituléePilotage performance des activités support manufacturing (h/f) vient de souvrir au sein de Airbus Operations sur son site de Toulouse. Vous rejoindrez le département OLMTY - Process mgt Support & Digital en charge daccompagner les process Manufacturing Engineering & Production apporter le support opérationnel (BOS) sur les outils logiciels et les équipements informatiques ainsi que piloter un ensemble de services tels que les simulations DMU (Digital Mock-Up) et réalité virtuelle limpression des dossiers de production la gouvernance digitale ou encore la data analytics.
Votre stage consistera à définir avec les différents membres de léquipe les indicateurs clés de leurs activités permettant dassurer lOQD (On Quality Delivery) et lOTD (On Time Delivery) pour nos clients internes (Chaînes dassemblage de Toulouse) de proposer et de mettre en oeuvre des solutions de pilotage sous forme par exemple de cockpit danalyses de données et de dashboard ainsi que la communication associée via un site web par exemple.
Ce stage dune durée de 4 mois débutera idéalement en MARS (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).
Vos principales missions consisteront à :
Analyser lensemble des activités de léquipe pour en déterminer les critères de performance et de pilotage qualité / délais
Proposer des solutions techniques pour piloter cette performance de manière opérationnelle (e.g. Dashboard structure de données issus des différents systèmes)
Maquetter et tester les solutions proposées
Réaliser les éléments de communication (e.g. page Web présentations) pour mettre en avant les activités de léquipe et afficher le pilotage de la performance
Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.
Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes:
Connaître le milieu industriel aéronautique (chaînes dassemblage final)
Savoir définir les éléments de pilotage de la performance dune activité industrielle
Appréhender les environnements informatiques et data dAirbus (Skywise ServiceNow GoogleWorkspace)
Votre carte dembarquement pour cette aventure :
Vous êtes actuellement en 3ème année de BUT (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la production du génie industriel de la qualité ou un domaine équivalent.
Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :
Compétences techniques :
Maîtrise de la suite Google (GMail Google docs GoogleSheets Google Slides)
Notions dans lanalyse de données
Connaissance dun système industriel de production et les métiers associés
Soft skills
Organisation structure et capacité danalyse
Bonne communication et écoute

Your mission :
An internship opportunity titled Performance Management of Manufacturing Support Activities (m/f) has just become available within Airbus Operations at its Toulouse site. You will join the OLMTY - Process Management Support & Digital department responsible for supporting Manufacturing Engineering & Production processes providing operational support (BOS) for software tools and IT equipment and managing a range of services such as DMU (Digital Mock-Up) and virtual reality simulations production file printing digital governance and data analytics.
Your internship will consist in working with the various team members to define key performance indicators for their activities enabling them to ensure OQD (On Quality Delivery) and OTD (On Time Delivery) for our internal clients (Toulouse assembly lines) and proposing and implementing management solutions such as cockpits data analysis and dashboards as well as associated communication via a website for example.
Ideally this is a four-month internship will ideally begin in March ( (date subject to flexibility ).
Your main responsibilities will consist of :
- Analyzing all team activities to determine performance criteria and quality/deadline management.
- Proposing technical solutions to operationally manage this performance (e.g. dashboards data structures from various systems).
- Making mockups and testing the proposed solutions.
- Creating communication materials (e.g. web pages presentations) to highlight the teams activities and display performance management.
Your tutor will support you throughout your internship helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.
This internship will allow you to develop the following skill:
Understanding the aeronautical industrial environment (final assembly lines) Understanding the performance management elements of an industrial activity Understanding Airbus IT and data environments (Skywise ServiceNow Google Workspace)
Your boarding pass : You are preparing a diploma level BUT (Bachelors Degree) (or equivalent) in the fields of production industrial engineering quality or a similar field.
You ideally possess the following skills:
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (GMail Google Docs Google Sheets Google Slides) -Basic knowledge of data analysis Knowledge of an industrial production system and related professions
