Job Summary
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
1.保证工厂的仪表及设施正常运行能够及时发现并解决故障2.具备分析判断仪表故障的能力并能够提出合理的解决办法有很好的动手能力
3.制定合理的维修计划并能够很好的组织并执行
4.制定合理的备件库存确保工厂库存的合理性
5.能够合理管理分包商及供应商
工作职责
1.执行液化空气集团的安全政策完成安全目标
2.纠正性维修工作的执行预防性维护计划的制定及执行维修报表维修文件等管理
3.维修成本控制
4.所管线设备内要求的外部检定校验工作和日常的标定工作
5.从事仪器学科MOC
等仪电的应急处置电气故障的应急处置
7.仪控及电气优化设备停送电日常PPM等
8.与承包商和运营团队的配合
任职要求
1.熟悉DCSPLCSGS的系统维护
2.掌握现场仪表维护包括控制阀分析仪仪表变送器等
3.现场仪表和控制系统的引导仪表TAR
4.监督TAR的仪器分包商
5.本科及以上学历自动化仪表/电气类相关专业
6.至少3年石油/天然气化工或石化行业的仪器维修经验
7.良好的沟通协调能力
8.良好的英语读写能力和良好的电脑操作
9.熟悉GBASMEAPIATSM等国内外规范和标准
Are you a MATCH
1. 大学本科及以上学历自动化及相关专业
2. 熟悉DCSYokogawaPLC(西门子)相关编程及调试
3. 大型化工行业工作经验具备项目经验优先
4. 三年以上仪表运行维护及故障处理经验
5. 具备对气体分析仪维护管理经验
