Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organizedHR Generalistto support the organizations Compliance team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in data-driven environments and is passionate about ensuring HR processes are accurate compliant and efficient. The HR Generalist will maintain accurate employee records manage compliance-related data and serve as a resource for team members regarding benefits policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Data & Compliance Management:Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems (e.g. Paycor or similar) to ensure accuracy confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
  • Policy & Procedure Support:Serve as a point of contact for team members with questions regarding HR policies and procedures escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Training & Compliance Monitoring:Assign and track completion of compliance training programs; ensure timely follow-up on incomplete training.
  • Audit & Reporting:Generate and distribute compliance-related reports; conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal standards.
  • Communication:Support the distribution of HR and compliance-related communications using technology platforms (e.g. email intranet SharePoint).
  • General HR Support:Respond to benefits inquiries assist with general HR functions and contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed.
Requirements
  • College degree in Human Resources or a related fieldORa minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
  • Corporate HR experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel Outlook SharePoint etc.).
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paycor ADP Paycom or similar systems.
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
