MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
  - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Masters Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent for licensure.
- Required length and type of experience:
  - No previous work experience required.
- Required licensure certification or registry:
  - Current licensure in the state of Ohio and CPR certified.
