Sr. Project Representative

Senior Project Representative

We are seeking a Senior Project Representative to join our this role you will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring commercial industrial municipal and private projects to ensure compliance with plans specifications codes and safety requirements. Youll serve as the on-site representative for project managers working directly with contractors and clients to deliver safe efficient and successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field logistics daily inspections and compliance with safety standards.
• Serve as a liaison between contractors and project managers ensuring scope schedule and budget alignment.
• Monitor construction operations for conformance to specifications and industry standards.
• Provide daily/weekly progress reports and verify contractor pay requests.
• Participate in project meetings inspections and completion processes.
• Mentor junior staff and support certification efforts for project growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 20 years of construction-related experience with strong knowledge of methods materials and tools.
• Ability to interpret and apply plans specifications and codes.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• At least 3 LADOTD Inspection Certifications

Work Environment & Requirements:

• Combination of office and field work; exposure to weather noise and active construction sites.
• Must be able to stand walk climb stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Full-time role requiring 40 hours per week with some evenings and weekends.
