Job Description
Engineering Manager Corporate Security (CorpSec)
Full-time Remote (US)
Compensation: $256K base 15% bonus
About the Role
Were seeking a hands-on engineering leader to drive endpoint and corporate this role youll lead a team focused on securing user endpoints enterprise applications and network communicationsbalancing risk reduction with a seamless user experience.
Youll collaborate closely with corporate engineering teams to integrate security into core systems design scalable solutions and deliver a secure ecosystem that supports company growth. As an engineering manager youll set the strategic vision mentor your team and stay close to the technology when neededwhether reviewing code writing
technical docs or leading incidents.
Tech stack: macOS Chromebook Golang Python Docker AWS GCP
What Youll Do
- Design and implement security solutions for macOS Chromebook and mobile endpoints
- Oversee secure configurations compliance threat detection and user enablement
- Integrate endpoint SaaS and data security into corporate engineering initiatives
- Mentor guide and scale a high-performing security engineering team
- Lead hiring and build team culture aligned with company values
What Were Looking For
- 7 years of combined software and security engineering experience
- 5 years of securing endpoints (macOS Chromebook) and SaaS applications at scale
- 5 years of engineering management experience
- Strong coding background and commitment to high-quality engineering practices
- Execution-focused mindset with ability to balance long-term vision and short-term results
- Hands-on ability to code triage incidents and contribute to technical decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience with zero trust network solutions (e.g. Cloudflare Zscaler)
- Background in securing mobile endpoints (iOS Android)
- Experience with Golang Docker AWS or GCP
