Service Supervisor - Security Systems Industry Leader
Location: West London. Office based
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: 40000 to 45000

Our client a leading security systems integrator is seeking a skilled Service Supervisor to join their West London team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a key role overseeing planned preventative maintenance for high-end enterprise sites.
Position Overview
As the Service Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and high-quality delivery of maintenance services. You will supervise a team of subcontractors coordinate PPM schedules and act as the main point of contact for the client representing the business with professionalism and expertise.
Responsibilities
Supervise a team of two subcontractors providing guidance and support
Coordinate and manage PPM schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with SLAs
Serve as the primary liaison with the client building strong relationships and addressing any concerns
Oversee maintenance tasks and provide support for occasional reactive work
Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation for excellence
Requirements
Proven experience in service and maintenance roles within the security systems industry
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a team
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in overseeing planned preventative maintenance functions
Familiarity with industry-leading security systems such as Lenel Genetec Gallagher C-cure and Milestone
