FULL TIME - 37hrs
Part of a rolling service rota which will include some weekend shifts - if working a weekend day a day off in the week will be part of the rota
Bank holidays are included in this shift pattern
Driver with own car preferred as some travel between sites will be expected but not essential to be a driver. If non-driver will still need to travel between sites by foot or by using public transport at own expense.
Southampton Young People provides supported accommodation for up to 20 people between the age of 16 and 21 including care leavers and looked after children. The service operates across various locations in Southampton each is tailored to the needs of the clients and offer various levels of support.
Our aim is to support young people with their individual needs to enable them to gain life skills to move on to long term lower or independent supported living.

JOB PURPOSE
To lead on the case management of clients and be part of a team that supports them in keeping them safe and helping them achieve their goals.
To provide people with homes and specialist support so they feel more valued and secure and ready to take the next steps.
