The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual HR Business Partner to join us on a 15-18 month contract to cover a maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on our team and contribute to the success of our mission. With a team of two recruiters this role will lead the recruitment for our seasonal camp staff and be the HR prime for them along with our full-time year-round camp-based staff. Your contributions in ensuring we attract hire develop and retain great talent will make the difference in creating a truly special experience for our campers.
Location
This role is based at the Foundations home office in St. George Ontario on the gorgeous grounds of Onondoga Farms our St. George camp location. While we support a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote we are flexible for this contract and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
Occasional travel to other camp locations may be required through camp season. We have six camps across five provinces with two in Ontario and one each in Nova Scotia Quebec Manitoba and Alberta.
Employment Details
This is a temporary full-time position to cover a maternity leave with an anticipated start date in November 2025. In the summer months this role may be required to work a schedule that mirrors the on-site camp operating schedule for some camp sessions.
