We are currently seeking all levels of experience ranging from entry level to intermediate automotive technicians to join our growing team at Weatherford BMW/ MINI of Berkeley at an hourly pay rate! RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and carry-out Repair Orders as dispatched
- Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs
- Perform Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation for repair services
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace at all times
- Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Employers values in all interactions
- Other duties given by supervisor as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highline or European experience a plus
- Automotive technical training or certification preferred
- ASE Certification a plus
- Smog license a plus
- Proficiency in the use of common mechanic shop tools
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Great communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
COMPENSATION:
The Entry Level Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $33.00.
- Hourly Rate based on experience and certifications
