Senior Search Consultant IT Recruitment

Were hiring a Senior Search Consultant to join and grow our IT Division. This is a true full-desk role for someone who thrives in both client development and candidate engagement - and who is passionate about connecting top technology talent with organizations where they can make an impact.

The Role

Client Development: Build and expand a client base by marketing our services to senior leaders HR teams and C-level executives.
Candidate Recruitment: Source qualify and place high-performing IT professionals leveraging multiple channels including job boards networking referrals and proactive outreach.
Business Development: Drive revenue through consultative sales strategies including cold calling email campaigns and social media outreach.
Portfolio Management: Manage relationships with a portfolio of clients and candidates to ensure ongoing alignment with business needs.

3 years of experience in agency recruiting and/or business development within the IT industry.
Demonstrated success running a full desk (client candidate development).
Skilled in engaging passive candidates and comfortable with cold-calling.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated competitive and goal-driven with a strong business mindset.
Ability to work a hybrid setting in our Orlando FL office (not a remote role).
