Job Duties:

The assistant coachs responsibilities include planning recruiting coaching developing implementing communicating and administering the program to achieve University and Department objectives as well as fulfilling teaching duties within the Department of Athletics. The individual in this role is expected to demonstrate conduct that enhances respect for student-athletes the athletics program the University and themselves in the execution of professional responsibilities. The assistant womens wrestling coach reports to the head womens wrestling coach.

Division of Athletics website: Qualifications:

Minimum three years of wrestling coaching or related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university

Demonstrated strong commitment to athletes as students

Demonstrated experience with:

- Supporting students from diverse and multicultural backgrounds

- Personnel Administration

- Fundraising

- Community Relations

- Media Relations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
