Work Schedule:
100% day shift working Monday Friday 7:30 am 4:00 pm. You will work at the UW Medical Foundation Centennial Building in Madison WI.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

  • Coordinate and process incoming occupational health assessments (B-reads) for organizations across the country.
  • Distribute final B-read reports via facsimile when completed.
  • Track monthly B-read reports in Excel for billing purposes.
  • Process incoming x-ray images from internal sources and external clinics for diagnostic interpretation.
  • Manage the documentation and monthly billing for diagnostic interpretation services.
  • Use multiple software applications concurrently to process exams and reports.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration Healthcare or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
