Job Summary

Internship Overview:
We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Intern to support our Finance team during an exciting period of growth. Youll work closely with our Financial Manager contributing to a range of accounting and finance tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills take ownership of critical responsibilities and actively improve and automate financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier & Vendor Management:
- Organize and archive supplier documents.
- Record and post supplier invoices in our accounting system.
- Collaborate internally to collect invoices and maintain accurate records.
Financial Operations:
- Prepare payment cycles and ensure timely processing.
- Conduct weekly bank reconciliations for client billing.
- Generate send and record client invoices.
- Monitor payments and perform bank reconciliations for receivables.
- Follow up on outstanding client payments and support the collections process.
- leasing and contract follow-up
Reporting & Closing:
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Contribute to monthly management control processes and reporting.
- Manage leasing files including creation monitoring collections and reconciliations.
Process Improvement:
- Actively participate in streamlining and automating accounting processes to enhance efficiency.
