- Supportwithcreationofhigh-qualityworkproductswithinexpectedtimeframes
- Ownkeyitemsforprojectdeliveryincludingpossibleownershipofdeliverablesorworkstreamswithinaproject
- Trackandmonitorkeyprojectissuesrisksactionsanddependencies
- UnderstandAlphaFMCanditsservicesandactivelyassesswaystoserveclients
- Stayabreastofcurrentbusinessandindustrytrendsrelevanttotheclientsbusiness
- Remaincurrentonnewdevelopmentsinadvisoryservicescapabilitiesandindustryknowledge
- Supportwiththedevelopmentofoneortwointernalbusinessmanagementareas
RoleRequirements(SkillsExperienceandQualifications):
- Atleast2-3yearsofprovenexperienceinthedeliveryofconsultingorchangeprojectsgainedwithinaleadingfinancialinstitutionorconsultingfirm
- Significantexperiencewithinblue-chipFinancialServicesorganisationspreferablyAssetorWealthManagers
- ExperienceofprojectsengagedonTargetOperatingModelbusinessprocessesand/orITsolutionsinsomeofthefollowingareas:DistributionCRMPortfoliomanagement&RiskmanagementMiddle&BackOfficeprocessesandoutsourcing
- AnunderstandingofmarkettrendsdriversandoutlookoftheAssetandWealthManagementmarket
- Abilitytomentorandcoachjuniorteammembers
- Strongacademicbackgroundincludingaminimumofa2:1degreefromaleadinginstitution
- BusinesslanguagefluencyinEnglish
