Position Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for oversight of all aspects of customer service for both inside outside and retail sales and oversees all aspects of inventory control and warehouse operations in a friendly fast-paced team environment.

Primary Duties:

Hire and manage coach mentor train and support all direct reports.
Coordinate sales team to collaborate with Product Managers for technical support and specialty projects where needed
Manage margins and costs to achieve net profitability goals
Develop and implement programs to meet customer requirements
Assist in managing supplier relationships
Train staff to provide customer support with technical product information.
Collaborate with all appropriate departments and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct Annual performance reviews maintain appropriate personnel records
Address and resolve personnel issues

Basic Requirements:

Must be over the age of 21 as driving is required with valid drivers license and acceptable driving record in accordance with company guidelines.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required
Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Solid computer skills including use of MS Office. Experience with P21 a plus
Experience with industrial distribution preferably fluid power components preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Job requires frequent lifting up to 70 pounds stooping reaching above shoulder level pushing pulling constantly walking/standing on cement flooring and climbing ladders as needed.
Work environment may vary including: warehouse containing moving equipment fluctuating temperature and inventory in various storage arrangements.

Salary:

$80000 variable incentive
