Position Overview

Are you passionate about aviation and engines Aerothurst MRO LLC is looking for aMechanic Helperto support ourEngine Shopoperations. Work hands-on with aircraft engines in a fast-paced FAA-regulated environment whereprecision safety and teamworkare top priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Ensureengine shop tools and equipmentare serviceable and properly inspected/calibrated before use.
Complete maintenance entries onrouter forms task cards non-routines and work ordersaccurately.
Maintain aclean organized and safe work areain line with repair station standards.
Perform all tasks to the highestquality standards followingFAR regulationsand company policies.
Adhere strictly tosafety proceduresin the maintenance environment.
Usecurrent approved technical data(manuals drawings service bulletins) for all work.
Handleengine parts and componentscarefully preserving and protecting them during repair installation and storage.
Short-sign tasks properly (initials employee number designated stamp date) with asupervising certificated technician co-signing.

Qualifications:

All non-certificated personnel performing engine maintenance must:

Be able toread write speak and understand English.
Be trained and competent inengine maintenance methods techniques tools and equipment.
Be familiar with14 CFR Part 145Part 43 and theAeroThrust RS/QCMrelevant to their duties.
