Job Summary

Sofidel America is a leading manufacturer of tissue paper for hygienic and domestic use driven by a commitment to sustainability innovation and operational excellence. We are seeking a Vendor Compliance Analyst (VCA) to join our team at our Horsham PA office. Reporting directly to the Transportation Manager this role is critical in managing the end-to-end dispute process for vendor chargebacks and ensuring full alignment with customer compliance requirements.

The VCA will serve as a key liaison across sales transportation and customer service teams helping to reduce financial risk streamline communication and strengthen customer relationships through proactive compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the dispute process for vendor claims and chargebacks working toward successful payback recovery
Maintain detailed and accurate records of penalty deductions disputes and resolutions
Act as the primary contact for reviewing customer Supplier Manuals and advise internal teams of requirements and compliance obligations
Collaborate with sales and customer contacts to negotiate terms and reduce chargeback exposure
Understand and communicate customer requirements related to packaging labeling and transportation.
Vendor Invoice Management. Collaborate with the transportation to review and vendor invoices for accuracy.
Use customer portals such as Retail Link Vendor Central and Staples Exchange to manage compliance-related information and disputes
Interpret freight documents such as bills of lading freight invoices and packing slips.
Prepare reports and analysis using Excel (pivot tables formulas and charts)
Utilize SAP to support record-keeping and reporting if applicable.
Work with carrier vendors on pricing and assist Transportation Manager on vendor agreements.

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelors Degree required
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a vendor compliance or similar role
Familiarity in customer compliance portals such as Retail Link Vendor Central and Staples Exchange
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with freight documents and logistics terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with pivot tables and data analysis
SAP experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Experience in truckload transportation is a plus
