Essity is a Global Hygiene and Health company that develops produces and sells Personal Care medical care goods and Professional Hygiene products.
We are currently looking for an Intern who will join our Accounts receivable Team in Lisbon working with the South African market.
About the role
As an Account Receivable Intern you will gain hands-on experience in financial operations within our Business Shared Service Centre.
Youll work closely with the Account Receivable team assisting in various tasks related to invoicing collections and financial reporting.
What you will do
- You will learn how to manage customer accounts and the processes required to handle customer deductions and bonuses.
- You will develop your skills to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders in positive and resolution-oriented way.
- You will apply analytical skills to understand customer behavior trends and act proactively to identify financial risks and prevent bad debts.
- You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to secure an efficient end-to-end order-to-cash process.
- You will develop your self-leadership capabilities.
Who you are
- You are a student/new graduate in Economy Accounting Management or related field.
- You can communicate efficiently in English both spoken and written (fluency in an additional language will be considered a plus).
- You have a natural customer-oriented attitude and you love to find solutions and solve problems.
- You manage well the Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
- You have excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- You are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Duration
