What Youll Be Doing

• Provide day-to-day support for our third-party system resolving technical issues and working closely with our external supplier.
• Collaborate with Product IT and business teams to identify and implement system improvements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and carry out configuration updates.
• Conduct system testing and coordinate updates or changes with our supplier.
• Create user-friendly documentation and deliver training to enhance system understanding.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address inefficiencies.
• Ensure data integrity security and compliance across the platform.
• Support agile delivery by ensuring quality standards are met at the end of each sprint.

What Youll Bring

Essential:

• Experience in system support ideally within vehicle funding financial services or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of third-party systems and integrations / APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• An inquisitive mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of SBS SFPW system.
• Experience in automotive sector.
• Familiarity with both B2B and B2C environments.
