Job Description

As part of a best-in-class System Engineering team you will drive innovation in Cellular Receiver architectures. You will work at the boundary of the analog/RF domain and digital baseband collaborating closely with chip architects digital/analog design teams and firmware engineers.


  • System Engineering experience with a deep background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for wireless communication systems.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing DSP Algorithms with specific expertise in multi rate digital filter design (e.g. interpolators decimators polyphase filters).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Matlab for algorithm development and system modeling paired with extensive hands-on programming experience in C.
  • Experience in creating bit-accurate fixed-point models and collaborating with hardware teams on implementation trade-offs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts effectively to diverse multi-functional global teams.


  • Experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) to enhance traditional DSP algorithms for tasks like adaptive filtering channel estimation or interference cancellation with a focus on improving performance and efficiency.
  • Expertise in designing DSP algorithms to compensate for RF and analog impairments (e.g. IQ imbalance DC offset phase noise).
  • Strong understanding of cellular physical layer principles for LTE and 5G New Radio.
  • Familiarity with hardware modeling languages like SystemC.
  • Knowledge of parallel processing architectures for high-throughput low-power DSP.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting automation and data analysis.
  • Experience with the conceptualization and design of high-speed digital or mixed-signal circuits.
  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related field with meaningful experience or Ph.D. in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
