We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Advocacy team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a part of the Claims Advocacy team in the Knowledge Services function of Marsh McLennan you will support our stakeholders in the US region. Our Claims Advocates support clients in a unique capacity while remaining focused on carrier/TPA limitations and concerns. This role offers an opportunity to work with one of the most dynamic claims teams providing expert claims advocacy to clients and internal stakeholders collaborating on complex insurance programs and claim settlements.
We will count on you to:
- Lead in-depth loss assessments to ensure accurate data-driven claim evaluations for faster and more effective resolutions.
- Act as a second-line advocate progressing large complex claims with minimal oversight.
- Provide strategic loss insights to support timely and informed client communications.
- Own compliance workflows including e-filing correspondence tracking and regulatory adherence.
- Proactively manage dormant files by reviving stalled claims through focused follow-ups.
- Leverage data and reporting tools to generate performance dashboards and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
What you need to have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in claims advocacy or related claims roles handling the General Insurance domain (Property/Casualty among others).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with a strong emphasis on intermediate-level Excel skills.
- Advanced English.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to easily navigate various technology platforms.
