Position Overview
Join the exciting journey of Brighton-Le-Sands service catering for 51children across three beautiful learning rooms. As a Diploma Educator youll play a vital role in creating engaging learning environments supporting childrens development and working collaboratively with your team to ensure every child feels supported inspired and valued.

Responsibilities
Mentor and guide educators to deliver engaging high-quality programs.
Create a safe nurturing and stimulating environment where children thrive.
Build meaningful partnerships with families and encourage community connections.
Support with documentation compliance and day-to-day room operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Valid Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
Child Protection training/certificate.
Proven experience as a Room Leader.
Strong communication organisation and leadership skills.
